Need a little assistance here. I have a 03 z71 silverado ecsb auto 4wd and am getting the service 4 wd message on the cluster. Haven't engaged it since winter and used it Saturday during a landscape project. Seemed to work bit not sure. I have a non g80 z71 so had to use 4wd to get over curb without tearing up yard. Well when I unlocked it into 2wd got the message. Played w the buttons and could feel truck clunking in and out of 4wd. Truck got stuck in 4lo. Light on switch showed 4 hi and lo lit at same time. Took the switch out of my wife's 05 z hoe and it went to 2wd. No error message so I figured I'd change the switch. Put a replacement in last night and still getting the error message and I can hear it engage and unlock 4wd just no front wheel engagement. Would u guys think next step is front actuator on the axle?
