50 vs 40? flowmaster

Everything is stock as far as exhaust goes but I hate the way the muffler sounds. its just some cheapo bolt on from a local garage. previous owner informed me of this. but the exhaust itself looks good cats, pipes, and all. 02 sensors are new too so I would rather leave it all in tact. but i cant tell if the 40 is louder or the 50 is via the youtube videos.

Not to start a war but I like the low rumble and even lower resonance. I have been steered towards magnaflow for that. It's what I had on my last obs. Should I stick with it? Or am I missing something flowmaster has to offer?

i went with a magna on mine i like it for 2 reasons one its got a deep growl and 2 i dont have to blow my speakers up doin 70 to hear my jams

Ive had both magnaflow and flowmaster on my truck... i had a 17 14 inch magnaflow and it was loud... it was loud outside and it was louder inside. I have a flowmaster 50 series suv on it now. and it sounds amazing!! it roars to life then gets quiet, its a nice tone at cruising speed nothing loud. and its not loud at all. i have my stereo at 14 onthe volume control and its easy to hear. with my magnaflow i had to put it on18 or 20 to even hear it. the 50 series is awesome!! 40's are alot louder than a 50 though. good luck with the pick. hope my post helps alittle bit... (oh and i had to the magnablow for about 2 months then changed to my flowmaster and have had it for about 9 months now and it sounds AMAZING)!!

I had the 40's. Were fine around town n short jaunts but when I would do long road trips the drone got old fast. Go 50 series. Or better yet go Magnaflow or ****** Max Flow.
