can't believe I looked passed this...
you should be looking for 2 amps
with 6 subs in one box you will have lots of impedance rise

you will not see 2.6ohm

if you get 2 amps that do 2.5-3k each then you can wire 3 subs to one amp giving you more control and less rise meaning more power

So I should just add a hifonics bxi2610d amp and I should be good

ok, if you have high output alyt and three batts, forget the cap.

Find a 5K amp at 2 ohm, if you get the 5000@1 ohm, it will do roughly 4K at 2 ohm.

Well I decided to do 6 Alpine Type-R 2ohm subwoofers with 3 amps.
However, I can't decide which of these 2 amps:
What's the difference?
