stage two is really just kicker braces and possibly some steering upgrades, but im not completly sure for the cepek kits, just going off of my superlift options. If your getting a lift its for a tahoe, the only specifying is for 2 or 4 dr. the drive and the crossmember brackets. maybe im missing something with the silverado ?

So unless I do some serious 4wheeling the stage 2 really isn't needed right? I live in Southwest florida and the offroad I do is usually muddy road, around swamps, or just sand. But nothing to extreme so I think Stage 1 should be fine. Where can I get the best price for the Autotrac workaround and the stage 1 Cepek lift? I'm also considering a superlift...

i like my procomp lift, but if your planning on spendinf some good $ on a lift you may look into doing the solid front axle swap. just an idea.

Add up the costs and your spending more then just good money. And its more then just money, its welding, cutting, fab work, unexpected costs, etc are all things that are over looked.

A proper IFS lift is far better then a poorly fabricated SAS. i know numerous people loving thier sas chevy's, but i know plenty of people wishing they never did a sas cause it was done so poorly.

Yeah I've been looking into all my options. Think I'm just going with the Cepek 6" Stage 1 suspension kit and new suspension parts all around. New gears. What gears should I go for I've got 3.73 now I think. Will 4.10 make that much of a difference or what should I go for?

4.56 or 4.88.

i love my 4.88's, hoe's quick off the line, but it suffers a bit at highway speed. once the 37's go on it'll even back out.

if you plan on staying on 35's i'd run the 4.56's
