i dont think so, i know there is some speed limits you cant exceed and i would imagine you would have to remove the front drive shaft , possibly both, and i would buy some sort of steering wheel lock device

You would need a way to disconnect all 4 wheels from the drivetrain, or else you might cause damage.

Although I never understood how that could cause damage...

I don't understand it either. I was really hoping to be able to take my tahoe with us.

Yes you can because you have a '95 you should have a floor shifter. If so when you put it in neutral(not the tranny) you disconnect the both front and rear axles from the rest of the drive train. Just beware to only shift the tcase to neutral after it it is rigged to rv and secure. Because the only thing holding the truck still is level ground(I hope) and your foot on the brake. And remember to release parking brake on truck if used before driving tv. There are no speed limits except in relation to the towing equipment itself.

No drive axle disconnection needed but keep track of mileage for more frequent service fluids in tcase and axles compare to rest of vehicle not used as much. A quality towing kit should have everything you need including wiring up the hoe tail lights to interface with the tv.
