96 Tahoe Whipple questions

I know on the newer stuff people ditch the Whipple electronics and run bigger injectors with a tuned stock ECU. A friend has the kit and I'm considering buying it because an additional 100hp and whatever torque would be incredible. Anyone have some info?

It's a side mount. I've been trying to get by Steve's shop to get the info to see if I can even use it but I keep missing him

The Vortecs don't use standard injectors so you're options are somewhat limited = ''High flow'' poppet injectors with the stock manifold, marine intake, swapping in an aftermarket intake or using the Whippletronics.
