I'm all about plasti dip because it is so cheap but I just absolutely hate how it dries I can never get it lay flat it always feels like suede.

It does feel kinda like suede doesn't it? Ha. I haven't checked it since I cleared it to see how it is.

dam show pics of wheels!!!! I ended up painting my f150 grill today flat black and now wondering how the wheels will look if i did the faces with plastidip

Ill get some better pics tomorrow (its was raining so I pulled in garage) and take it off jack stands (cleaning up underneath).

Love the black grill on that color. I saw the pics earlier and was going to play with the black on rims for it.

yah i used a tint on them and not sure how black would look. Due to the lights and grill the black with machine face came out nice. I actaully painted the rotors/calipers all semi gloss today and painted the frame and fenderwells flat black. Looks clean now when you look into the fenderwells. The rotors/calipers look great behind the wheels now

I really like the way the black looks. Turned out really nice. Love those rims too. Thats one way I was thinking of going with mine, leave the face chrome and black the rest. Then I was going to remove dip from the bumper only on the center bar that hold the bowtie to match the chrome on the rims. I think it looks better to paint the calipers on trucks black than when calipers are painted red. No need to apologize good sir.
