99 Yukon auto-dimming mirror

Ok so every time I cycle the key off then on again, I have no power to the mirror and can only restore it by unplugging the plug in the rear and plugging it back in again. Anyone have an idea?

so you hop in turn on vehicle and no joy but while vehicle is on you cycle the plug itself and it works fine?

Figured it out, one of the pins is loose on the mirror itself. Getti g one from LKQ for $30 to fix the problem.
