I lowered my yokon a couple moths ago and im finally getting around to posting some pics.

I used a mcgaughys 4/5 drop on 24's

I also took off the roof rack, running boards and side moldings.

I think the ass end could come down a couple inches but magaughys says thats how its supposed to sit. by the way im using toxic rear shocks instead of the mcghaughys shock so that might be my problem.

any suggestions?

I agree that it appears the rear needs to go down a little but I've also heard that it will settle over time. Either way it looks great! Really clean.

Looks good!
Funny how my rear end is lowered with a DJM 4" spring in the rear w/o isolators and I'm sitting about 5" lower than stock, but mine def. sits lower than yours.
Judge for yourself, and I have only 20s:

THANKS GUYS!!!

Yes the wheels are painted to match.

Hey Nnaboy. what comes with the djm rear loweing kit?

The mcgaughys uses an axle relocator, sway bar struts, lowering coils and lowering shocks. and its still wont sit any lower.

id be willing to use the djm rear lowering kit if it will bring me down a lil.

AND YES YOURS DOES SIT WAY LOWER!

thanks again:Handshake:

Mine has all the same stuff with yours except I have Belltech Street drop shocks and have not installed the t-arm relocators and sway bar struts.
I will eventually install the end links but the t-arm relocators probably will never go on as they almost have no use.
It could be your springs just need settling, are you running the spring isolators with your McG coils?

the trailing arm kit (at least on our model) helps it clear the frame.. if i didnt have it my t arms would hit the frame WAAAAAYYYY before my axle did
