A Pillar Trim

I'm going to be installing a dash cam a need to remove the A Pillar trim and wasn't sure how. Does it just unsnap like most of the regular trim does? Any tricks or tips?

Yup, pull it loose from the top first, then pull out from the dash........

Just got the dash cam installed, using a hard wire kit. Wasn't too bad, took about 30 minutes. I installed the BT40 A118, very happy with the picture quality. Got everything off eBay, spent about $80 for everything
