About to do my first Tune Up on my 02

Now that am closing in on 90k, I want to do a major Tune Up. What parts do you guys recommend for the following.

Spark Plugs brand and type.
Ignition Wires brand and type.

Recently Ive changed the following.

Fuel Pump
Fuel Filter
All Belts.

Please don't put bosch plugs in a GM. Either use AC-Delco factory plugs or Denso as they make the AC's. For the Wires get AC-Delco or Delpi.
