so.sprayed the condenser with some coil cleaner and a soft brush and it looked like new outside and inside(stuck a mini camera snake inside both ports).flushed the evap(same deal with the camera snake) followed your instructions to the letter.
2.75 lbs of 134 and its 41f center vent, 44f rear vent, on high(not max)at idle. 30Low-180High. 77f/90%rh.
only real issue was the nitro flush.pushed all the flush through ok, but ran out of pressure after only about 2-3 min of just gas through the line.i wasnt getting any liquid/mist anymore.hope it will be ok.
going to check it again tomorrow when its warmer out and fine tune.
thanks for all your assistance mr.C. sorry if i was a redundant/repetitive question askin pain in the ass...i have learned many great skills this day Obs-wan

good work. keep an eye on it and check again when the humidity drops below 80% and engine speed at a constant 1500rpm. just want to make sure your not running a low charge. it sounds great output temp wise so far

ran performance test today. 98* 50%rh

start
32L/210H @ idle

2min
55* center vent on high w/rear
35L/345H @1500rpm

9 min
59* center vent ...
29L/285H @1500rpm

finish
67* center vent on ...
45L/280H @ idle

after the test i drove home and had 51*(highway)-57*(stopped) at the center vent

also.about 7-8 min into the test there was a substantial drop in cfm from the center vent like i had turned the blower down a level or two, but i hadnt.the vent temp also started to rise so i turned the recirc on and temp dropped and the cfm increased.i have no idea what that was about.evap starting to freeze over maybe? after the test the accumulator and the lines close to it had heavy condensation but no frost...

check to make sure your evap fins are completely clean. also make sure the hvac module drain is free and clear. you might have debris clogging the intake or possibly a pressure switch acting up. when you put it in recirc mode and it cooled down leans me toward debris somewhere in the intake.

I cleaned the outside of the evap with coil cleaner and a soft brush, cleaned/vacuumed out the compartment and made sure the drain was clear while I was vacuuming down the system.how do all those leaves/pine needles get in there? is the hvac intake under the cowl?
Also.the only switch I didnt replace was the cycling(pressure) switch on the high side if the manifold(above compressor).the pn from the delco site 15-2832(round purple)was wrong.the one on the truck is an oval shaped green one.i cant find a delco pn for that one though.

I have read the whole thread so this may not be relevant but if you wish to save the $$ on new rear AC components it can be plugged off successfully. I used the plug off kit when I redid my whole system and it cools just fine w/o rear ac in South Bama.

I will one day add it back in but the $$ saved at the time was a concern for me to at least have AC.

AC was blowing cold (low 50's)for about 2 weeks.was working great on Monday, didnt use it yesterday, today the lowest it got to was 64*(88*outside.77%rh).parked the truck and could hear the compressor cycling on and off.on for a min.off for about 30-45 sec.i put dye in with the ******, and haven't seen anything.going to put the gauges on when I get home.pressure switch?
