That is the site I used to get the pn originally.it was the wrong one though, round purple plug instead of green oval...could it be the rear expansion valve even if I have not used the rear ac at all(except for the performance test 2 weeks ago?)

If you performed a performance test under the exact same conditions and got the same gauge readings as before but the rear evap is not performing well then there is either an issue with the txv valve or an air door in the unit not working correctly. Getting the inlet and outlet side temps of the rear evap will help determine if the valve is screwy. It does have a fine mesh screen in it to prevent clogging the variable orifice.
