P0201 is injector circuit malfunction. Unless that was set by error, left key on while unplugging injector, that sounds like the first thing to solve.
I checked all the circuit connections everything checked out. The knock sensor code was the first one than after that morning I was having misfires it thru up the po300 and po301 so the po201 only popped up once. But pulled it all back apart to double check everything and double and triple check everything again.
I've just got to find out what the voltage should be to each coil pack then each fuel injector in like I've got to figure something out I got to find the information I need and google isn't helping me.. smh

What are your fuel trims doing while it’s running?
I had been thinking maybe a vacuum leak specific to 1 and or 5, such as an an injector o ring, however an electrical issue with the injector(s) could cause a similar condition. If you had a vacuum leak at an injector o ring or injector underperforming for whatever reason the oxygen sensor on that bank may think you’re running lean, and add fuel, causing 3 and 7 to be carboned up.

I took some pics yesterday before I tore it back down. I don't know how read it to know what's good and what's not.

Whoa, I've never seen fuel trims above 25%. Bank 1 appears to have a massive air leak if I'm reading correctly. Or ks03 said, a major fuel delivery issue. Do the stft and ltft for bank 1 go down @ 2000 rpm? Was that snapshot after engine warmed up? Maybe your O2 sensors are wacked.

What is your fuel pressure at idle and at 3000.Did you try and spray water around intake gaskets while its running and an vacumm points.Looks crazy lean-was vehicle in closed loop.Watch this usually easier to watch something then to listen to all of us tell you what we think. If you cant get it dont feel bad get a tech that can diagnose it quick for you.https://youtu.be/3RFTS22w6tM 16.00 minute mark watch that you should find a big vacumm leak somewhere in your engine if its a leak.

That is just sitting idling at first startup maybe idled for maybe 2-3 minutes at most.

Where are the ground wires? I'm getting off farther and farther behind. I've got a job offer in St Augustine FL and I can't get this thing fixed to make it there. I'm starting to lose hope and I never give up but I'm not no electrical genius I'm scared I'm gonna make it worse than it is. But I'm in a spot where I have to do it. So where do I find this information
GM Upfitters has manuals for many years. . https://www.gmupfitter.com/pages/body-builder-manuals

Here is the direct link for electrical manual 2003 and up 2003 and up electrical manual at gmupfitter.com

See post #58. Diagnose fuel pump circuit. Diagnose injector wiring. Told you how.
Quit panic and running in circles and focus- get back to work and in 30-45 minutes you will know what is or isn't working. Just relax and think on why and what these tests show.
If these tests all pass we can move to something else. But this is where I think your problem is. One at a time, Eliminate possibilities.

I think the last picture is going to be the most straightforward thing o you to concern yourself with at the moment. STFT = short term fuel trim, LTFT = long term fuel trim, B1 = bank 1 left bank.
So when that was taken, it was trying to add 76% more fuel than normal on bank 1, and 4% less than normal on bank 2. So for now I would stop concerning myself with anything that should equally effect both banks, and say that bank 2 may be running normally. I’d compare these numbers at idle and then brake torque in gear at 2000rpm. If you have a small vacuum leak they should try to move closer to normal under load. If they don’t change I’d probably try re running the injector balance test. If you have a fuel issue, not surprisingly it would act like this, but also if you have an ignition issue. A dead miss will show lean to an oxygen sensor, oxygen sensor doesn’t care if you’re spitting fuel at it, it sees the oxygen that was not used. The plug could potentially be washed clean with fuel, and if given enough time before removal could dry off and look clean, but would typically come out wet if not allowed to sit for hours before removing.
