Adding some punch?

I just pulled the rear door panels and the rear door speakers, then used some T-tap connectors to run speaker wire from the rear -/+ to the LC2i through the door and then through the rubber wire cable grommet, then down the B Pillar, then along the floor under the door sill plate...all connections are labeled on the LC2i so pretty simple to run the wires...pulled my power from my amp power wire which I ran from the battery through a hole I drilled in the firewall on the passenger side and also ran along the edge of the floor board under the door sill plates.

One I didnt see is what sound system you have? I would assume that the stock acdelco audio doesnt have a sub down there, but the bose likely does.

It says Bose on the front pillar speaker grilles. I was assuming off of that. I'll take a pic of the stereo itself and post it when i get a chance, thanks!

That is the subwoofer. The box is plastic and has 3 bolts holding it down. 2 are up front under the radio and you can see the 3rd in your pic. The sub is a 6.5" speaker. You could try updating the speaker to see if that helps with power as a simpler/easier route. There is a harness that connects subwoofer to the main harness for power. I think that one you see is it (the smaller one on the right). If you turn car off and disconnect and dont hear subwoofer anymore, you know its the one.

You can take your armrest area off for easier access but shouldnt be necessary to get to the wiring. Dont think its necessary to remove subwoofer either but never tried without removing armrest.
