I would pay the $4000 grand minus cost to fix a/c . I would think that to be a good compromise between both parties.

Ya well he says the its under warrenty but needs to find the paper work for it..

Ya this one does have its flaws but nothing really major i think with little more money it would look really nice...But i would want to repaint it cause black is a hard to take care of......

Shoot, I'm trying to paint mine black (or deep blue)... this burgandy color isn't working for me....
