All lights Flicker when Turning or goin over bumps help

sup everyone im new to this site so thought id start off by sayin Hi...

OK i just bought a 2003 GMC yukon slt awd with air ride. Now i noticed when i turn corners (kinda hard not railing them but not drivin like a grandpa) that the head lights, fog lights, even dome lights (if on) will flicker... this doesnt seem normal to me but im just wondering if this is the traction control or air ride taking from the central power or no

i put a red top in since i noticed the flickering (came from my old truck) and it still does it. most the time it takes a pretty long corner for it to act up but some times just a long bumpy patch in the road will do it to. its done it a few times when drivin straight on a smoother rd also. ive checked all terminals both on the battery and the altinator and im at loss can anyone help thanks

sounds like a bad ground somewhere or a wire chaffing. I'm having similar problems with my HID's but I'm sure its just a ground. Hopefully i get time today to check it out.

It sounds like a wire is shorting out. Being that it only happens when you go over bumps or through turns it is likely a wire that is allowed to move under certain forces. Perhaps it is a loose wire that has worn through it's insulation due to prolonged rubbing against a surface over time...

or a relay that is about the go out.

swap the headlight relay with another one?

thanks for the input guys... ya i talked to a local dealership and the tech thru out the idea of the alt. goin bad but that doesnt make any sense to me. but ill chase wires and see wat i find in the area of shorting wire. in theory it would be one of the wires between the power (batt or alt) and the fuse block right sense anything after that would be on a fused power which should blow a fuse up right?

as for the point of relay goin bad could that really effect all the lights hi's low's fog's dome's wouldnt a relay only effect the set its relaying...
