And please note, if you have the extra money and more importantly the patience, the 6.2L is an amazing engine. Had it in my 09 Sierra Denali as well in the past.
Just saying that the 5.3L is no slouch, and I drive 80 miles round trip to work every weekday. Not having to fill with premium and the extra 3-4 MPG on the highway is part of the equation for me.
Each person has unique use cases. If I were towing often, it would be the 6.2 all day. That’s it’s best use case in my opinion. These aren’t high performing sports cars after all.
