plus any loss of work
also +value of any mechanical work that was performed on the vehicle in the last 12 months that is documented with receipts.
and anything that was in the vehicle that was damaged and you have receipts for., car seats are a given.
if they hesitate, add up what you think is fair and threaten to sue, because then they are also on the hook for attorneys fee's
by then you are likely at or above the max payout for the insured anyway, given it was a commercial vehicle that may be higher than a private party
