Mine gets out of its own way, but in no way fast. I've been to a 1/4 & 1/8 mile track but have not made any passes. I recently changed my pulley to up my boost to 11psi. It still needs to be tweaked but am holding off until I do the 0411 pcm swap and hopefully another upgrade soon.

So glad I've got the 2 door instead of a 4 door. The shear size and weight of the 4 doors hinder their performance. It take's alot less with a 2 door to make it perform. I'm thinking Camshaft and Dual E-Fan's next. I love having a new 5.7L to mod. I'd rather start with the 5.7L and mod it then have a 6.0L LQ4 I think, more unique. Hahahaha I love the upset my really ****** photoshopped pic of truck is causing. It's a stack off a 78 Li'l Red Express Truck. I just wondered what the hell it would look like on a 2 door ha. In my opinion it looks boss. But I would NEVER do it.

DJtricky have some questions and I'd REALLY appreciate you answering them. Please don't think I'm retarded ha, The only engine building I've done is replacing my Old L31 with a new one and the things associated with that. So to make my 350 L31 into a 383 stroker I just change it to a Chevrolet 400 crank right? What kind of Intake Manifold do you have? What is a high flow CSFI Vortec Spider? Did you really gain anything from doing the gasket matched exhaust manifolds? And how hard was it to do the twin fuel pumps?

ok lol lets start it off easy. i swapped the whole rotating assembly with an eagle 383 kit. came with pistons, rods, crank, and all hardware stock manifold :/ i know i know lame... but next up is the spider...http://www.theautoshop.net/VortecMPFI.htm

and it is just a higher flow from stock. because well there is a gap between the heads and the manifold because the space the gasket takes up, and that gap creates turbulence and that hinders flow, and well as for the dual fuel pumps, it plugs in like stick, except for the lines coming out. and the bracket was made by a company called FULLBLOWN PERFORMANCE, they did the fuel system for me.

hope this helps

You've been super helpful Djtricky thanks man! I'm sure I'll ask you again for help. BTW how much did the Eagle 383 Kit end up costing? I love your truck man its the perfect combination of street and offroad. What kind of tires do you roll with and what's their speed rating? I have the problem of my truck being able to go well over 100mph but the tires are rated for 99, but I need an agressive mud tread.

I've thought about buying the eagle 383 kit before. Would have to get atleast $1500 together though. :(
