have you confirmed it is coming from the front? these trucks are notorious for throwing sound, I just had an issue on my 18 making what I could have swore was the drivers left front suspension making noise, sticking my head out the window and everything, turns out it's the rear brake calipers.

also there should no noise from the end links if they are tight, if you suspect it is the end links then take them off and see if the noise goes away. you can drive the truck without a sway bar attached, remove the end links and just zip tie it up or something out of the way.

I did listen for noises just like you. First it was rear than i put more grease in DJM rear end links and Spohn torque rod and looks like that rear noise is gone. Now im tryin fix front noise. Could be transfer case. But it gets worse when its raining. So its gotta be suspension. I only have 47k miles on it. Back in day i had 94 Mustang GT vert that i moded alot. It didnt make this kinda noises lol

my 12 will sometimes make noise in the front which usually happens when the weather changes, greasing the d bushings usually helps but not always. I have the hellwigs front & rear, never had any problems with the rear, my 00 would make a pop noise in the rear if the panhard bar was not super tight

Update
Just started to rain. Quick 9/16 and 5/8 and front sway bar end links were off. Took it for a spin around block. Frickin boat. Lol. Anyway. Poping is still there. In the front and rear. Looks like more on driver side would pop easily than passanger side. Rear dont know where. So if i brake hard it would poop once in the front and rear. Than next second if i hit gas it would pop back. Looks like something is moving.
So on the front could be upper/lower control arms, or ball joints
Reear dont know
And like i said, on wet roads pop easier than on dry weather

I would check the crossmember, what the dealer will do when they "fix" any noise they make is they just take the bolts out and shuffle them around and re torque, also check the control arm bolts and anything else you can reach.
did you secure the sway bar so it wasn't smacking on anything?

Sway bar doesnt get close to anything. This pop in the front isnt in the middle. Its on both side, more on driver side. I did take crossmember mount for tranny a few times when i was messing with Y pipe but its tight. I overtorque bolts all the time lol. I didnt mess with upper or lower control arms. Just installed drop spindle. On my 07 Tahoe LTZ i had upper control arms bushing ** bad twice, one at 70k and one at 90k but didnt make any noise, just couldnt pass safety inspection. I may take it and see if it can pass safety inspection. Its only $25 lol
BTW i do have Wildwood BB 6 piston up front and 4 piston on thr back. There is little play in safety pin but i dont think this would make pop sound when i hit gas, maybe on braking buy not other way around
I may take it to dealer since i still have warranty bumper to bumper but dont know what yhey gonna say about lowering kit and sway bars when they see them ???

No i didnt
Last summer when i did 2/4 drop i did notice upper ball joints were looser than bottom ones but not much play. Like i said this thing only have 47k miles. I cant belive bushing would go bad this quick. I do drive hard once in while. Gm did make 07-14 suvs better than these new ones. Tonight it was raining little bit, did listenagain with open window and definitely there is noise comming from rear and front too. Rear is more from center so diff may be going south. Front, there is clunk on both sides
I didnt have these issues till i did drop and Wilwood brakes. And i dont want to go back to stock. Stock sux
Im thinkin taking it to local GM dealer, do you guys think they will give me hard time since i installed drop kit ???

probably not, could really depend on the dealer mine is cool with whatever I do, they do get uppity about electrical stuff because it makes diagnosis hard sometimes, they want to lay blame on the "extra" stuff that is wired up or they will say unhook it all before we can check for whatever xx problem

Hellwig sway bars installed. For the front end links, I used OEM links. For the rear, Hellwig supplied adjustable end links.

I hope that you find these photos helpful.

These are incredible sway bars, and will virtually eliminate any roll in the truck. I purchased the Hellwig sway bars at the recommendation of @MO VietVet and his initial assessment of their performance was spot on.

What in the sam he!! Is going on here…
