Anyone heard of a Whistler Edition Yukon?

I've been shopping for a really clean and original Tahoe/Yukon for around $5k and found one (actually several) locally.

The one I'm going to inspect and hopefully buy is a `99 Yukon that has badges on it that indicate it is a "Whistler Special Edition"; Whistler being a ski resort in Canada.

The current owner is the 2nd owner and has no idea what it is and an internet search has revealed no results.

Just wondering if anyone here has heard of such an edition?

Dont have a clue about the Whistler edition. But those are some stock wheels from a 00-04 Yukon.

I've got a brand new set of Mickey Thompson 6-lug rims from an abandoned Jeep Wagoneer project that are going on it when the Michelins wear out.

IF it is as clean as the guy claims...

Nope never heard of the Whistler Package. Any noticable differences between that one and a regular tahoe? Could be that someone just stuck the badges on there...

From what i know, there are more then just tahoes with the whistler package. I'm from vancouver which is 2hrs from Whistler. I think it's something local dealerships put on a select few. There is also a Blackcomb edition. Whistler is actually ""Whistler Blackcomb" Blackcombis the other side of the mountain at Whistler. I think you get graphics on the side maybe a roof rack, or hitch and some other ski/mountain bike type things) Maybe it was a British Columbia tahoe at one point. Thats all i know. But it isn't set in stone.
