I too run 295's and ride as good and look better than 305's IMO. A tad narrower and no rubbing issues whatsoever..

Haha, how do they look better than a 305? There is no way to tell the difference by looking at the two unless you have a tape measure in your hand.

I ran 315's on my Escalade because I didn't know any better at the time. I just wanted to widest tires possible. I had to trim the shit out of my fender liners to get them not to rub. Never seen anyone run a staggered tire set up on an SUV though

Oh there is a difference. Like I said, I've had both and the 295's look better. They don't ballon around a 10" wheel (the 295's) and I get a nice flush fit/look.. I don't need a tape measure to see the difference..

You're trippin Jerry. JK

I would have probably gone with a 295 too if my wife didn't drive the Tahoe everyday.

By the way, what the fu*k is a balon.lol

I don't really think 305's balloon off the wheel.

Like Modded said, it takes a semi-trained eye, most people don't know/care/understand about tire widths etc and the small differences can make a huge difference in the aesthetics of a vehicle.

I can easily see the difference in a 295 vs 305, I personally prefer the 305.

Yeah I know I can see the difference too, 305s tend to look ever so slightly chunkier.
The difference in the perception of those who notice and don't notice is like the difference in a black Polo shirt at night with just the emblem on the chest area, compared to a black Polo shirt at night with an emblem on the shirt ontop of a little chest pocket!:D
