I am about to embark on this mission as well as a few other things with the Tahoe.
Not gonna waste any time. We just bought a crate motor, with 0 miles.
1.shave the heads to raise compression
2. Camshaft upgrade (any recommendations)
3. custom Live tune by someone.
If I get to 380-400hp I’ll keep the truck and never sell it.

There are plenty of recent builds in here; so pretty much any information you could need is here.
Since this is your thread, feel free to ask the questions in here and we can assist.
Back in October I did a complete tear down and rebuild on my '10 PPV. AFM/VVT delete, heads, cam and all associated parts.
get your self a copy of hot rod, they just did an article reviving a rebuilt crate LS motor and changed out the camshftI am about to embark on this mission as well as a few other things with the Tahoe.
