Yeah you have to buy the rotors and calipers, pads etc. But still cheaper than a 3000$ kit from wilwood.

I used to see this kit advertised heavily, looks super nice I'd love to see some real-world feedback.

Look a bit further into a brake swap ? IF you get into an accident and the insurance company finds out that there are different brakes on the car other than original there is a very big chance that they won't cover you. Look further into it like I did.

Wilwood Baer etc. are racing brakes not intended for street use.

But the burden of proof or liability would have to be proven by the insurance company. This thought process would be like saying, you did not use the same OEM tires and wheels, therefore claim denied.

ZR1 calipers are not cheap right now, even used. Then factor in pads, hardware, brakelines, rotors ......its going to be a wash in savings once you figure in, shipping and taxes.

The insurance companies have much better lawyers than I can afford.

I added up all the parts... you end up around $1500-$1800 depending of the type of pads you get. Cheaper than the other BBKs but not by too much.
