FINALLY yes. OBDX Pro GT for the win. Just not with this tower I lugged into the garage, apparently. But my Surface Pro 7 worked with it.

Does it have the minimum RAM? No. HD space? No. Operating system (Pro)? No. But sure, we'll work now.

that's crazyness haha. my old laptop it gave me a pop up saying it wouldn't even install because of specs. but it is pretty old, I don't even know the specs haha. I just run old version of hptuners on it.
