Are later (07+) Rear springs the same for 00-06?

I bought some REAR springs online. They said they were for 00-06, however box and part description is for 07+.

Will these work? Everywhere I look they call for a different part #, I just am trying to avoid returning of possible. Thanks

I think I figured it out. Checked replacement rear springs on RockAuto and the part # is the same. I guess I will find out soon.
