I had to pull the tune out of my truck (6.2L '09 Silverado) when I went to the dealer. Now I can't put it back in. Not sure if it's even still on the Autocal. When I'm in EFILive Explorer, the only two files in the "Read" folder are E38 and T43. Would either of these be the performance tune? I don't believe they are.

Also, I tried copying and pasting these files in order to email them, but it didn't work. They are 3MB files, but when I paste them into my email, they go to 0MB. Is there a special way to email them?

Any help would be appreciated.

For some reason my response never sent from my phone....sorry about that.

If you are trying to flash your BBP tune back to your vehicle, you do not need to "read" anything. You need to upload the tune files Justin sent you to your AutoCal and follow the steps to flash to your vehicle.

Nothing needs to be emailed to us.

Jenna, I appreciate the response. The problem is that this was an in-person tune. We never received any emailed files, nor instructions. I downloaded V7.5 and V8 and have run some updates. As I stated, I found two tunes in the Tune>Read folder in EFILive Explorer but I'm not sure if those are the BBP tunes (I doubt they are). I think all I need is the BBP tune file emailed to me. At that point, I can just run the "Read 1" on the AutoCal to flash the tune, correct?

Ah ok, yes you just need the tune files emailed to you. Shoot us an email at [email protected] and we will get them over to you.

You will still not need to read anything, just load the files to the AutoCal and flash to your vehicle. The tunes you are seeing in the read folder are your stock tunes.

I just realized that you said you never received instructions. There should have been a slip of paper in the box that explained how to log on for our online instructions.

Jenna - I actually emailed Justin again last night asking for the tune files (came from [email protected]). We've been trading emails for a few weeks now. I certainly understand you guys are extremely busy, but if you could see if Justin could send the files over today or tomorrow, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks again.

Found the email chain, and rather than mess things up myself, I will let Justin get you taken care of via email.

I can see though, that you sending multiple emails, has increased your wait time. Emails are answered in the order received based on the most recent received.

I received the tune files from Justin and flashed them a little while ago. Everything seems to be good to go now. Thanks for your help Jenna and thank you TYF. I'll be contacting you shortly to add 1 or 2 lisences to my AutoCal.
