They installed my muffler for $150 which is outrageous in the first place, but also didnt re-attach a bracket properly.
Thats all fine and dandy, but when I go back in to get it fixed, the service manager was extremely rude, telling me to move my car to a parking space because im blocking his driveway (i wasnt).
I ask him where the spots are, and he says "ALL ALONG THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING," and shakes his head.
I kept my cool. I moved my truck. When I went back inside the office, he says, "keys." I hand him the keys and he IMMEDIATELY moves mytruck onto the lift!
Im no genius, but I thought customers were supposed to be treated with at least a shred of respect, especially when YOU make a mistake on a customer's vehicle!
I don't care if they offer me free service for life, I'm never going back to that place. In this economy, I would be offering clients a drink, not being so rude that they consider PAYING someone more respectful to fix the problem.
