Spider injectors are the fuel injection assembly that was available for 97/99 (please correct me if I'm wrong) it locates the entire fueling system inside the manifold instead of your traditional MPFI were the injectors are located outside using fuel rails and actual injectors. Granted they stepped it up with the newer assemblies but it didnt change abything, everything is still inside the manifold. Or the earlier models had throttle body injection. Wonderful idea, hah.
This is what we're talking about. Pretty good deal to.

Ok that makes sense, so switch over to that adds horsepower or just makes my motor run better? And can u upgrade the injectors to spray more fuel in to get a better air to fuel ratio?

unknown at this time.
the old design was prone to malfunctioning which had all kinds of symptoms. what it does for you depends on the current condition of old one. It costs about $250 at amazon for a OEM Delphi unit and has a new regulator on it already. Read the reviews on the the amazon site to see others results with it.

Well sorry to butt in but do you think i should possibly change my spider injectors then? because i still have the stock ones on from 99 and i think this thing could pull more power out if i change the injectors. Plus i am running stock tire size -.- Plus with my motor upgrade i should see a difference and i did drive a pickup with the 5.7 in it a 99 actually i did see somewhat of a change from mine but i still think i could pull more out if it if i change the injectors =D

wow you tore down that motor and did a 383 and didnt do the spider? for you it can cause real bad lean running issues. only reason i did mine was i had a miss i couldnt find, it was in pretty bad shape.. if you could get ahold of a boroscope id stick it in and see if you need to change it..

Sorry it took me so long to reply guys. I'm running 35's with 373 gears and everything stock except exhaust. And I'm curious, Wat exactly are spider injectors? And does anyone have a good website where we can get this stuff decently priced? Thanks again

Running 35's with a stock 10 bolt will eventually grenade the rear diff. The G80 (limited slip) is the weakest link. Aside from that is robbing you of whatever HP and Torque you are putting down now. might want to invest that money into some gears and a traction aiding devise. We just dropped a 14Bt FF under a buddy's truck without spending an arm and a leg. he picked up the rear diff out of a 97 3/4 ton for $250.00 with a limited slip and 4.11 gears. Easy swap everything bolts right up. The swap requires a new u-joint to mate the drive shaft to the yoke but other that that we reused everything else. He plans to upgrade it as funds are available but as made a HUGE leap forward as it is. downside is you will have to run 8 lug rims in the rear. We got lucky and picked up a set of pacers for a $100. bux, the kicker is he had a set of 6 lugs on it. just one more option in the sea of many!
