Yeah mine just turned 122k as well, also an 07. These things aren't civics, but flatland driving you should be seeing more like 18-19 on the highway. How's your maintenance? Plugs/wires/air filter and whatnot all done when required?
I can pretty much guarantee that you'll see an improvement with an airaid jr and a tune, but it's always better to have regular PM stuff out of the way first to maximize gains and ward off any issues.
