When you use two batteries how do you wire them?... I dont have anything crazy in my truck just aftermarket deck, amp, kicker 10's no capacitor and a 7" screen with a seperate dvd and a cd/ changer/ I replaced my battery and alternator about two years ago and its fine now, my voltage is always at 14 so Im assuming its fine but I've considered getting another battery as I live in the N East.

Over the years, I've been buying Exide Orbitals for each new vehicle(Heck even my plow truck has one, oh my '57 fordsun tractor has an old one too!

This year I bought the Extreme deep cycle version for my Yuk. As soon as I bolted it in, the engine turns over faster, runs my 2-way radios for days. I'm lovin it. No worries, always just turn the key, it starts, especially at -30.

http://www.remybattery.com/Products/Exide-Orbital-34XCD-Xtreme-Cycle-Duty-Battery__34XCD.aspx I didn't buy from these guys, this is just the first link I could find. I got mine on sale for like $150CDN.

Looks like im gonna just stick to the Optima Yellowtop to power everything. Seems to be the best choice, not hopefully I can find a good deal on one. :)
