Best headers for a 04 tahoe

Damn that sound mean are they long tube headers and is the y pipe included for 450

When I bought mine, my total cost for the headers, y-pipe, dei eramic paint and 2 rolls of dei 2" black header wrap was right at 450.

dunno what you will pay with todays prices. Look it up.

How much did you pay for the headers and y pipe and can you feel a big difference

That truck that is posted up sounds real nice but, that is more than just header and y-pipe sound. That thing is cammed and now gots me wanting to do a cam.

I paid 388 for the Pacesetter ceramic coated Lt's and something like 154 for the y-pipe. Best prices I found were Amazon and STreetsideauto.com but, Amazon now taxes Texas. So I got Summitracing to beat a price on Streetsideauto with free shipping. There is a definite sound difference and performance difference. I am using a handheld programmer but, I am sure once I go get a real custom tune it will wake it up to another level.

What size headers should I get 1 3/4 or 1 7/8

depends how far you want to go with internal mods.

! 3/4 work for 90% of all mods.
1 7/8th for the big boys running 418's and Forced induction..

Altho 1 7/8th have been proved to make a substantial more amount of power, its just not useable by most ppl in their daily drivers. as its much higher in the rpm band and sacrafices quite abit below 4k.

Ok so I'll get the 1 3/4 how do the calspeed headers you have hold up beacause their cheaper than others headers just want to know if they will hold up
