2007 ls tahoe 73000 mi ready for pads and rotors whats the best to get ?
do I want drilled, slotted ,a combo ,stock? so many decisions so many brands not sure on what to go with

If you dont want to spend 5 grand on wilwoods look up Baer rotors and pads, Its a great buy and much more affordable. :)

I would go with slotted only.......whichever route you decide
