I do have autoride on my Yukon so modification of the ride height sensors will have to be done. Thanks again for all the information @Red Rocket !
No problem. All you need is some threaded rod to replace what's there now; unscrew the plastic ends from the rod that's there now and replace it with a shorter threaded piece, you can use some bolts with the heads cut off or allthread. I forget the size/pitch but can find out if you need. You'll have to experiment with length.

Glad to help, but I'm only passing on information I've learned on this site. Having said that, be carful what you ask for. This site has saved me $$$ by showing me how to do repairs/mods myself, i.e. intake manifold gasket. But then it has also shown me mods that I never knew exsisted but now must have, i.e. efan conversion and NNBS brake upgrade. So in the end it's a wash, or at least that's what I tell myself.....lol

I hope to learn a lot more on upgrades I can do myself. The first day I got on I learned that I could take the body side molding off. I didn't know that was possible and had been looking for all blakc side molding or thought I was going to have to paint it. Just like you I am sure I will come across upgrades I didn't know were possible and feel like I have to have them. Oh well, that is what makes our rides stand out in our communities. I am glad to have found a group that shares the same passion on the Tahoe's, Suburbans, and Yukon's. Thanks @David Paul

I did the DJM 2/3 kit this past week. It is a nice kit for $300 but doesn't include the rear shock relocators. I noticed the ride was a tad bouncy in the back so I ordered them. My truck has the autoride disabled so I didn't have to modify that part. Front spindles in the more expensive kit will help retain stock like ride quality but the labor is definitely more intensive to install them.

First off, sweet looking Camaro! Do you have any pictures of your ride with the finished product? Want to see how yours looks with the drop. How did you disable the Autoride? I appreciate all the information. @01ssreda4

I will be posting finished pics in the thread I linked below in the next day or two. I disabled the autoride with resitors from ebay.....and I pulled the fuse from the underhood fuse box to get the code to go away, I read that here somewhere.

I thought it was pretty simple bUT did have trouble with the upper control arms. Just time consuming
