better tires for my new 2023 Yukon Denali

all the shops are saying this tire won't fit...

They will physically fit, guaranteed. However, the tire manufacturer does recommend a minimum rim width of 8.5”…but i think factory rims are 9” wide, no?

Everything online says they are 9” wide. It would be stamped into the back of them somewhere i would think, but i have never looked.

I read the forum and see that more aggressive tires are popular with most people. My Yukon is driven mostly in the city or on highways on paved roads. And for such conditions the most suitable IMHO are road tires. Therefore, to replace the standard tires, I bought a Michelin Primacy SUV. Very soft and quiet tires)))

Agree with that. We drive too far to listen to tire droning.

I made the switch to the pirelli scorpion as3 tires on my avalanche because they came stock on my wife's Grand Cherokee Summit. I love these tires. I live in New england and haven't had any trouble on any terrain, not that i go off road or anything, lol
