Id also like to add that I have the exact same 2-way remote. My truck didn't come with remote start. Getting the 2-way remote added that. Also, screen lights up, it pops the rear hatch glass open, can be programmed to operate a second vehicle with 2-way remote capabilities, and can change the radio station if you're tailgating and have the key in the ignition, in adoption to what the open listed earlier. I'm not BSing about any of this.

It can be installed in the driveway, but won't function until the dealership programs it. Package should come with a piece of paper that has a special code for the dealer to use when they call GM Tech in order to get your truck programmed so this will work. This also applies to the shock sensor. I have that too and have not experienced any problems.
