308 miles to Atlanta yesterday which 299 was interstate miles. I averaged 18.5mpg's @ 75mph.

Upon arrival at the tune Mark and Justin were awesome. They hooked up the efi-live and let the tune begin. They asked lots of questions about my particular wants and expectations of the vehicle upon completion. Talked about my mods then we went for a drive. Justin spent 40 or so minutes custom tuning my Yukon while driving on the interstate and local back roads. Nothing about this felt cheap or like a mill where he was just slapping in some changes and moving on to the next customer.

The drive home was fun, throttle responsiveness was MUCH IMPROVED. The shifts are sharp and clean. I didn't gain any mpg's for the first 200 miles as I took some back roads and really drove my Yukon for the first time in a long time. The last 100 I got back on the intestate and averaged 19.9mpg's @ 75mph. So I gained 1.4mpg's plus performance, I can't complain about that.

If you ever get the chance to go to an in person tune, just do it. I learned a lot about my vehicle yesterday. 100% worth the trip and the $$$$$$$$$

Another satisfied customer :D Got mine done back in spring and it was a great experience as well. I averaged 20.5 on the way back from upnorth yesterday-150 mile trip clipping 70-80 MPH.

I can vouch for Blackbear as well. I got mine tuned in 2010, and re-tuned in March of this year in Dallas. He adjusted my tire size, changed a few shift points, adjusted my E-fans to turn on a few degrees lower, and got rid of a CEL that was popping up.
The tune and adding the E-fans are probably the best mods I have done to my truck.
