I'm thinking about getting a retune to focus on some MPG gains. I had my 2011 Z71 Tahoe tuned at ya'lls last tune in the Woodlands area. I'm still unsure weather or not to have it retuned in person or go the Scan Cable route? Would my deposit be refunded if I did it in person? Any other advice?

You had the 2011 Tahoe tuned with us last time...would this be the vehicle that you would be bringing for the retune? If so, then there is no fee for the retune.

All you need to do is email Justin at [email protected] with some details; name, tune meet location, vehicle info (year, make, model, engine) and what needs to be tweaked. He will then put you on our retune list. About a week or two prior to the tune meet, I will email with scheduling options.

It's as easy as that!

Sweet and yes, it's my DD. I'll be in touch. Hopefully we get some deposits coming in soon. It's entirely worth it guys. I don't open it up much but going 80 at 2000 rpm is FAIRLY impressive and 70-100, Woooh. Thanks again Julie

No problem! We'll keep an eye out for your email to get on the retune list!

Definately interested, Just have to make sure that my brother can take my truck to the location. I'll be up in anchorage then. Really perfect timing, I fly to houston on the 2nd and plan on driving the truck back up. What sort of questions do you ask during/before the tune? I'm sure my brother knows everything already, because i wont shut up about it.

Also *just to make sure* having it tuned in person means you dont need ship in the pcm? or pay for one beforehand?

I'll give a definite answer this weekend, probably pay the deposit too. Thanks

Correct - you do not need to do anything to the PCM with the in person tune, nor do you need an extra PCM (unless you'd like to have a spare computer in which case you will need to purchase it online prior to the meet).
