Don't forget the pinstripe.

Edit: Chaunceys' pic blew my mind at first. First I noticed Chevrolet was backwards...then I noticed the wiper blade is on the wrong side. Then I realized the pic is flipped. Freaked me out at first.

LOL. Yup, I took that pic when I first did my wheels. So, I flipped it around (because it was almost the same angle as Garry's pic) to show that our trucks are TOTALLY different and not even close to being the same.

Hey Chauncey, there is a paint code in the glove box of your truck. There is nothing for the painter to color match or figure out. The hood should be painted, both sides, off the truck. Even though it comes with an EDP coating it still needs to be sanded smooth, primed, then sanded again, then painted. Then wet sanded and buffed. It's foolish to do that while on the truck. I just had my whole truck painted and the hood was removed. Check out the pics on Copobrothers.com. email me through the website if you have questions.

Well the hood I figured was a given due to the thread being posted in and I figured I'd spare the sticker subject

More than one shop has told me that GM used many variances of this color. So, this color is very difficult to match.

Welllllllll that's horrible news for me..... Looking at getting paint for the bumper cap and hood when I get it and that news kills the excitement...

Thanks though!

Not saying it's impossible Gary. Just difficult, especially trying to match new paint with paint on a 12 year old vehicle. A good painter should be able to match it though.
