What are you talking about all I said is i torque the djm ones to 30-40 lbs and if you can add zerk fittings on them helps the poly bushings stay greased and thats no *********.

Just like the 00-06 tahoe lower arms only require 30-40 lbs on the djm arms.

And also look at my getting rid of the slop thread. Upgrading the rear bolts even the stock ones makes it a more solid set up back there.

This suspension has just been an endless pit.
It's a pain in my ass everyday because I can't get it right quick enough because I only make 7.25 an hour and I can't afford to replace the crap that's on my car with stuff that will ride descent.

Shouldn't have to modify "quality" parts to make them work the way they are intended to.

Even mcgauhys rear kit does not have zerks on the fittings. Im picky when it comes to suspension set ups. If I can add zerks to parts I will even rear shackles using poly bushings ill add zerks.

Are you using the rear tb coils or 5305 coils?
What rear shocks are you using?
I think you have the djm rear hardware complete kit?
Rear bumpstop brackets cut off?

I'm trying to help you out here and you keep on just coming back all upset. Why don't we try to work together here to get it right once and for all?

I have your entire 07+ non auto ride cornering kit.
I have the entire hardware kit installed I don't have free travel but I have my belltech bump stops cut as your suggested in a thread on here someone and I'm running the spacers.
I know for a fact I'm not bottoming out so that isn't it.

Ok shoot in the bilsteins and if you still dont like it ill send you some belltech tb springs with 1 inch spacers since I know people have that same set up on my 5.5 kit and rides great and see if you like it or not. Then you can just send me back the springs/spacers.

Ill give you one last shot to get this riding right. Because as of now I'm not happy with 500 of the 1150 dollars I spent.
Tell me all the bolts I need to replace to get of all the slop and the sizes and ill do it all tomorrow without removing the belltech shocks. But I'm telling you it's the shocks I don't like.

all the bolts do is create less slop in the rear as I showed on the link.

Swap in the rear shocks if you like it then its a done deal.

Also are you running the 1 inch spacer in rear or not?

The tb coils aren't progressive are they?
And I'm like this close to getting the pedders 2425 coils.
You say you sell them why don't you give me a deal on them if I send you back my 5303s.
