The YENKO/SC® vehicle packages are not emission legal in California and can only be legally used while participating in sanctioned motorsports events.
I wonder how they got GM to allow them to modify, the vette's can't even be modified as far as I know

So it's NOT smog legal here in California... Guess that leaves me out then. Too bad, because that kit looked very promising.
They’re only building 50 of each? Good luck getting one, and the price has got to be ridiculous.

If my Yukon was more pro-street and performance driven, I would strongly consider getting it if it was at a certain price point (for my budget). But, seeing as my Yukon AT4 is more for off-roading, and it's illegal in California,, my chances of getting one is slim to none.
