Expect the before & after pictures in a few weeks. The parts should arrive in a week or so, but my cousin is going to help my with the installation and he won't be available for a several weeks; and he has a few lifts under his belt (Jeep & Range Rover) where I have none.

I just cranked my torsion bars added 2" blocks in the rear and heavy duty shocks in the rear. It did away with most of the body roll and stiffened it up just right.

Just an fyi, cranking the front to 2" will nearly max out the downward travel in the suspension, and when you hit dips with one front tire, the whole truck will lean voilently that way. I did that much crank three years ago, and backed down within a week because the ride was, funky.

No Beuno, folks, things are no Beuno.

So my Rough Country Shocks and Add-a-leaf came in today so I took it to Sears for the install, which was cheap!!!

Anyhow, as things turn out, the old shocks that I thought were original because of the rust on them turned out to be a set of Bilstein's (opps). Then the other issue is that my rear shocks when in easy, but the front shocks were too wide and wouldn't fit through the A-Frame and these shocks didn't come with replacement A-Frames.

There goes JC Whitney's "This part is guaranteed to fit your vehicle."

So now I'm scratching my head cause I know I have to return them, but I have no idea what to ask for now that what I thought what would work didn't . . . .

And I'm holding off on the Add-a-leaf install until everything gets worked out.

What to do, what to do? . . . . .
