Brake Booster PCV

I'm looking for the PCV Vacuum hose on the Brake Booster where I would pour the SeaFoam in a 2003 Tahoe. Anyone have a pic???

take your engine shield off, u'll see a hose plugged into the engine all the way in the corner above the last spark plug on the drivers side. take the hose out make sure u take the pcv valve out because i dont want seafoam in it. i'll try to find u a pic and post it later. but under your hood right above the grill there should be a small drawing that tells u where the pcv valve is.

Shit if you have a steady hand just poor it at the hole and the suction should help out with spilling. Thats what I did and it worked good.

Just did the SeaFoam treatment today. 1/2 a can in the gas tank, the other 1/2 through the Brake Booster Vacuum line. Cleaned the Throttle Body too and man, what a difference. Lots of smoke too. But it was worth pissing off the neighbors (one specific neighbor). Thanks for your help guys! I really feel good about it, plus I saved about 80.00 USD taking it to the shop!

anytime bud. glad everything worked out for you. repeat the same procedure in a month or so to get whatever is left out.

Be careful, not all these vehicles have brake booster vacuum lines. If you have the hydro-boost setup, that line goes to the power steering pump. Basically just follow the line before you pour anything into it.

is it really worth it to seafoam ? i heard it can damage ?
