Good work by TireRack and UPS. Ordered these Wednesday and delivered on Saturday. 
Grabber X3 MT 35/12.5/17 in load range C, from which I hope to get a nice soft ride.
The lift, meanwhile, is meandering around in the ****** of LTL freight.

This thread has real promise. I wanted a Wrangler because my neighbors take me out wheeling in theirs and it's a blast but for every 3 days wheeling it spends a day in the shop getting expensive repairs.

I had a chance today to look at the body creases on the bumper, and peek at the washer fluid tank.
the crease would make a nice cut line, similar to the border patrol cut. The washer tank is below that. The dark/clean line in the fender liner is the approximate bottom of it.
@Bill 1960 you mentioned not much structure to your bumper. My guess is your rig had the cut done previously, but a new bumper was hung on it to help the sale. That explains your mismatched washer tank.

@Sparksalot yeah no doubt mine was chopped before. There was nothing below the front frame except the skin.

Your washer bottle looks just like the one mine had, bracket included. My bumper was also cut and I’ve got full skid plates from the bumper bracket to past the t-case. Also came with strut spacers up front and rear lift springs. It was upfitted by a place in California.

I spent the morning measuring and recording all the ride height, track width, alignment values before etc. Took a bunch of photos in case I need to refresh my memory on anything later.
The afternoon I removed all the front suspension and differential. Nothing rusted in place, seized, or challenging. Found a Rio Grande river rock on the skid plate.
