bulb sizes for all dash instruments

I'm looking for the bulb sizes for all the different switches on the dash, such as the rear wiper switch, 4WD switch, headlight switch, etc.
I've seen that they're not all the same, some are higher than others for example.

I'd appreciate any help as some of my lights are burned out and I'm not looking into changing everything to LED since most of them work.
Another thing: where do I find the blue caps that sit on the bulbs ? I only found one store that sells them but they don't ship to Germany.

You may have better luck just going with an LED kit and replacing them all. That being said, when I did mine most of them were 168 and 194 halogen bulbs.

https://carradiobulbs.com/ has a variety of kits that can be purchased. I have used them for several dash switches and an AUTO HVAC control module. Many of these are fairly specialized LEDs (or incandescent bulbs that can be converted to LED).
