Good luck with customer care. I wrote the Pres of N America a 2 page letter and 4 additional pages of logs for dealer and customer care interactions. Their executive team didn't care since the truck was fixed and closed the case 2x without my approval. Bottom line, for me, GM doesn't care.

The lifter issue seems to be pretty common with that engine, almost expected from what I was reading when looking at new Yukons a few months ago.
