If they maintained it enough to make it that far I wouldn't sweat it.
Check the steering/suspension and obvious stuff like oil pressure, trans fluid and shifting habits etc. I have almost 70k on my 2016 and its been solid, even dealing with -30 degree temps regularly.
Check the carfax even though they are not 100% accurate it is a good starting point. Also go by a GM Dealer with the VIN number and see if they can pull up the vehicle maintenance. If it was taken care of and well maintained it should be fine. If you buy and have any issues just let us know and we should be able to get you squared away. Yes I am going to get them flushed and refilled. Kinda pricey but that way I won't have big problems later.Just make sure you swap the diff and xcase fluids before you get too far along.
