Ebay. There's two guys, one about $10 less than the other. SeriousCTBuyer is one and I forget the other fellow. You can also get a subscription to the shop manual at AllDataDIY. I like to use both and they work in conjunction with the Tech-2 scan tool for diagnostics.

because I seen it says "Multiplex/ Can Communication is NOT covered in this manual" I don't know what that means or if it matters

Is the Haynes digital any good?
I bought the pdf disc off of ebay, it serve's it's purpose the trickiest part is entering the right keywords when searching because it's a lot of pages, the technical terms and common words used are different.

Helm makes the OEM shop manuals for GM. They do have them via USB and/or CD for some models, but unfortunately no more are available for the 2011 Yukon. They do have the paper version available:

If it's anything like the copy for our Tahoe, it's in multiple volumes, five for our Tahoe, for example. I find the paper copies to be easier to reference, since as others have pointed out, the technical term you use for a part can, and often is, quite different from the technical term the OEMs use for a part. So you sometimes find yourself thumbing through several pages on brakes, for instance, before finding the retainer pin reference for the bolt that holds the caliper on, for instance. You'll also frequently find the steps to execute some job to be on different pages than the illustrations for that job. That, and troubleshooting will frequently be in a different volume than the R&R steps.
Anyway, the new shop manuals from Helm are $250.
