Crank relearn ? Why would you need to do that? Just trying to learn myself. Wouldn't the black bear tune take care of all the tuning issues?
Yea they take care of the tuning forsure! But jarrod at blackbear told me id hace to do a crank relearn after i got the new motor in and put the new pcm in! If i kept the 5.3 tune id be fine, but new motor and new tune, got to do the crank relearn!

Now you need to throw that radiator shroud away and install Efans! Especially since your BBP tune will have the pin on the PCM turned on for it. Keep up the good work!

Looking good. Just a FYI the hood has a service mode. You just Change the hinge bolt position and the hood stands straight up. Is that an lq4 or 9?

That's cool. I don't think the lq9 are worth the premium ..lq4 is still a solid engine. Now would be a perfect time to add a catchcan if u don't have one already..keep the top end of the motor clean.

If black bear is doing the tune, I thought they turned Vatts off and then you don't have to do a crank relearn. Or did you keep the security in the pcm?
Your engine bay looks awsome. Great jobe in the details painting.
